I want to have a peace LD

When i LD its always scary, i always feel a presince sometimes they feel bad and some feel peaceful. in all the LD ive ever had i cant move or talk and i feel like there is something holding me down. and i can never control when i have the dreams. i have moved around a lot in the past year and i just recently found out that th dreams i had was lucid dreaming. i think i can only have the dreams at certin places. i really want to learn how to control my dreams (when i can have them and being able to do stuff) im not knew to LD ive had these dreams for as long as i can remember but ive always been too scared to expoler. please comment if anyone has dreams like these and i need some help figuring this stuff out!! thanks:D

What you are experiencing sounds more characteristic of Sleep Paralysis. You can have lucid dreams/hallucinations that coincide with Sleep Paralysis, and those dreams usually involve feeling paralyzed, heavy pressure on your chest, fear, etc. all of which you described.
