when I wake up , depending on how tired I am, I can WILD in just a few short minuts. Once I wake up, I adjust my position a little bit and then I lay back down. soon as I do this, I can suddenly feel the physical sensations of SP(the physical transition state of sleep paralysis, NOT isolated sleep paralysis) getting ready to happen as soon as I rest my eyes. this happends almost instantaneously and I wind up in a WILD fully aware. So is 30 minuts to an hour necessary for this? |
