Dreams and work
How do you guys deal wth keeping up on Dream Journaling, RC, WILDing and all dream related activity when you have a job?
I ask this because I just started a new job where I work roughly 30 hours a week, but I'm having trouble keeping up with dream related activities and still getting enough sleep to function. This is especially hard when I have doubles; closing the store and 11pm and opening at 7am.
What do you do? Do you get up an hour earlier to DJ? How do you fit in dream stuff and work?

You can write just some keywords in the morning, or when you wake up from a dream, and then write in DJ during lunch break. Don't get up an hour earlier, you have short time to sleep as is.
WBTB is out of the question. I would concentrate on DILDs and DEILDs and leave WILDing for the weekend.
You can practice daytime awareness even at work and also asking yourself if you are dreaming and doing a quick descrete RC. You don't have to do a lots of them. Once an hour should be enough, just put plenty of emotions in it.
30 hours a week is just 6 hrs a day, 5 days a week. Not that much. Much less than normal 8hr work day. Unless you have school also or something. I'm sure you'll get into rhythm of your schedule and things will fall in their places and it will be easier. Keep enthusiastic and happy dreams:alien:

I keep up with it even when I work 50hrs a week and have to cook clean and take care of kids. I WBTB (only about 5 min) every night and get my 8hrs sleep. You just fit it in when you can. It really doesn't take up so much of your life. Most of it is just mental exercises as you go about your day. Don't stress over it whatever you do.

Try taking an afternoon power nap during your lunch break for getting enough sleep to function, and if you want to WILD you can use the nap for that too.

Thank you guys for your input. Much appreciated. Gotta get used to having a life,

As Gab says, bullet point your DJ, recall will not be as good by lunchtime but you should have most of it down.
DILD's can be induced quite easily I find by setting an alarm 2 hours before you are due to get up, get up, have a glass of water or something then relax to sleep about 15 mins after. You should drift into LD states easier then and spend the last couple of hours of your sleep in a good environment. The hard part is if you are sharing a bed with a partner, then you are waking them up earlier too.
You can also build dream stuff around your work. Do reality checks whilst you're working, if you have a repetitious task then remind yourself to do a reality check when you are doing this task. This will also help with getting into the LD state.
30 hours a week shouldn't cause you too much trouble, if you are working shifts and have a late start, use this opportunity to sleep in a bit longer, again this is a good way to get into the Lucid Dream state I find, over sleeping.
Good luck :)
