Can't WILD. . . WBTB Instead?
Okay. so. I've tried WILD for a little over two years or so.
I've heard about this WBTB, and I'm wondering how it works - and I think it might just be the perfect thing for me.
Sometimes, when I'm dreaming, I wake up in the middle of the dream, and I turn over, and continue dreaming right where I left off, or with a few subtle, sleepy-brained nudges, I can completely change the direction that the dream was heading in.
I've noticed sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason (probably waking up right after a dream I can't recall), and I can easily slip back into sleep within seconds.
I'm willing to try something new. I really am. I want to be lucid. I crave it, very badly.
Anybody use this technique?
