Try to not look at the clock, don't drink a lot of liquid before bed, and don't use a computer right before bed (or install a program like f.lux which adjusts the hue of the screen so it doesn't interfere with your circadian rhythm). You could even point your alarm clock away from you so you don't look at it. Make sure there isn't a lot of light in your room when you're trying to fall asleep. |
