Closer to having a DEILD
So today I kept on waking up through the night so I was like why not practice not moving and opening my eyes whenever my dream ends , and sure enough whenever my dream ended I didn't move or open my eyes ! I stayed like that for a few minutes and then I opened my eyes . I'm going to practice again tonight and Tomorrow night I'll try to put that with the rest of the steps and have a full DEILD .
Okay but 1 question :
Was that just luck , or will I be able to do it again? Some people say that they keep trying but they keep moving or opening their eyes , how did I get it on the first try ?

The more you think about, more it will be happening. I think you have the skill, not just luck. So next time you wake up from a dream, do the same and think about the dream you just came out of. Just very passively. Don't try to force it. You need to stay more asleep than awake. Good luck:alien:

Good job. Also, I think that DEILD is much more mental than physical, so whenever you accidentally move or open your eyes, don't think you failed right away. Just brush it off and continue focusing on the dream. Even I (and some other people I know) roll over when I wake up at night, or change to a more comfortable position. As long as you don't linger on the physicals, and instead focus more on the dream you're trying to reenter, then you should be fine. But of course, it is recommended that you do not move or open your eyes if you can help it.
