Deild
So I had last night what I beleive was my first Deild. I was in a lucid and after trying to stabilize and clarify it it continued to get blurry so I close my eyes and when I do I can feel myself in bed and in my eyes are bright dots that move together they break apart and then a few seconds later they come together and the next thing I know I'm in an entirely different dream laying on a bed. After getting up I feel my two bodies but then my physical body fades away.
My question? Was this a Deild or I just thought I exited the dream because every tutorial I read says you have to imagine the old scene or a new one but I wasn't even visualizing anything I was just watching these lights in my eyes then as soon as they came together I was in a new dream? If it wasn't a Deild what was it?

Yes a DEILD simply means that you are Chaining the Dreams or enter a dream after an awakening, thereby the name (Dream-Exit Induced Lucid Dream).
What you do between the awakening and the dream isn't was defines the DEILD.
Congratulations to your first DEILD. :)

Does it feel, like you woke up between those two LDs? Not completely, just enough to hear the waking world around you, maybe traffic or people in your house. If yes, it was a DEILD. If not, then you changed the dreamscape from within a dream. Either way, sounds like cool experience. Happy dreams:alien:

Actually I forgot that I heard my mom getting ready for work and how I was afraid that something would sneak up behind me or that I might not go into the dream but into SP. Thanks for your quick reply guys. :)

Sounds like DEILD to me. Congratulations! If you get good at DEILD it is a very useful tool.
