      Bad Dream Recall

      Hi Everyone, im new here and giving a shot for lucid dreaming.

      so everyone, yesterday i had about 3 vivid dreams that i remember.
      but today i didn't remember any dreams. does it have something to do with me sleeping at 2AM and wake up at 6.15? or at that sleep time did i dream but didn't remember it at all?

      Sorry for the noob questions. because i really want this to happen

      First of all, take a look at this dream recall tutorial. Also yes, I think it does have something to do with you sleeping at 2 AM and waking up at 6:15. The longer you sleep, the more dreams you have. So if you slept really long one day and remember a lot of dreams compared to a day you didn't sleep as much, that's normal.

      Just keep working on building up your dream recall and you will get it. If you have any other questions, just ask or message me.
