Most Beautiful Girl in my Life- Please Help!

First off, let me explain what happened before I ask questions and go into detail about my dream. Being 16, I've never actually felt "love" before. But in this dream, it happened. I saw the most beautiful girl in the world. She had long black hair and the most beautiful brown eyes I've ever seen. I can't explain how beautiful she was, but right when I saw her, I thought that I would take a bullet for her. So, we were at a festival thing, and when I saw her, I instantly fell in love. I don't know exactly what happened, but I saved her several times and did several very cool things that I couldn't do in real life. Eventually, we had to leave, and we were talking, telling each other bye. Then, out of nowhere, I hugged her as hard as I could and whispered "I love you." She sniled and said something back. You have to know, I am very shy around girls I like, but if I would have seen her in real life, I would have probably would have told her I loved her, too. And I don't know how to explain it, but I didn't think she was "hot". I thought she was beautiful. I didn't want her body, I just wanted to love her. And I want to find her.
I have a question:
1): I've heard that you're brain can't make up faces, so have I seen her before? Is she real?
2): Is there any sure way that I can go back to that dream, possibly lucid? (I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THIS WASN'T LUCID.)

Yes, there is a way to get back into the dream, since you've seen the girl, her eyes face body and legs arms feet... You can spawn her. Try to have a lucid dream and imagine that she is behind you, turn around and boom, she will be behind you.

I'm not sure if she is real... (sorry)

I wouldn't suggest that your brain can't make up faces, it can, but it's derived from people you've seen in waking life. The subconscious takes in a lot of visages throughout your life, whether you were consciously or unconsciously aware of it.

And with the gargantuan amount of information within your unconscious, your mind can easily "fabricate" the ideal image of a face that can follow aspects of proportion, skin tone, etc. It's not something to underestimate of course.

So yes, you could've seen her in real life, maybe for a glance, and probably had something busy to do in the mean time. Or it could be the collaboration of your unconscious and subconscious formulating an attractive woman that would entice you to offer so much for her just in plain sight.

It could also be a sign for your mind to intentionally come closer to her. It could mean all sorts of things.

Of course! You have many induction techniques available to you.

WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)
DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream)
DEILD (Dream-Exit Induced Lucid Dream)
MILD (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream)

Since it seems she gave you an accelerated amount of feelings all at once, one possible combination you can use is a mantra+ DILD.

1. State a mantra throughout a day, as many times as you want, as long as you put meaning into it, i.e., "Whenever I see this beautiful girl in my dreams again, I will become lucid."

2. When you're going to sleep, just sleep normally with the conviction that this will happen.

This may be a bit vague for your mind to work with, since the time you meet this girl could be anytime actually.

You could go with a Mantra + DEILD:

1. Before you go to sleep, state a mantra (i.e.), "I am going to be aware of myself being awake at the end of a dream with my eyes closed and body still."

2. Believe in the assurance the mantra gives to you, and sleep normally.

3. If your mantra works, which it should if you put meaning into it, to show your subconscious you REALLY want to see her, then here's what you do. If you can recall a dream before you were awake with your eyes closed, try to re-enter it by going back to the major details in the environment of the dream.

If you can't recall a dream from before, but you are awake and have your eyes closed, imagine the same female, or for better stabilization, imagine an environment to put yourself into. Then ignore any kind of HIs or auditory hallucinations, and ask your mind to help you meet the beautiful girl again.

4. It can be something as simple as, "Can you please show me a way to find this beautiful woman again?" or "Can you please make this girl appear to me?"

5. Give it some time, imagine the emotions you felt when you met her, imagine how weak in the knees you felt seeing her grace and beauty, recollect those initial emotions....feel it surge in your body...and who knows? maybe she might come from behind, touch your shoulder gently, prompting you to turn around and then you doing whatever it is you want to talk to her about. Or she may pop up right front of you.

Try to look at many guides as possible for the technique you're willing to try out, so you can pick out how each person who made the guide felt when they formulated their method.

And try to keep up with your dream journal if you haven't already, because if you can't recall some set of dream signs, or have some devotion to recall your dreams, you might forget your experience with her, because as long as you didn't recall it, it wouldn't have happened for you.

Be very careful about falling in love with Dream Characters ... they have a nasty habit of being lost forever in the aether after just one dream, they're real difficult to explain to your friends, and they never call. I will admit though that I've done it more than once. ;)

Wherever you heard that was not a reliable source -- your brain is fully capable of making up faces. People who proclaim such things are also people who want very much to believe that DC's are real. Think about it: your dreaming mind can fabricate entire universes every night; does it really make sense that it can't also make faces? And yes, as Linkzelda said above, those faces may be constructs from forgotten day residue (or your own fantasies), so one "new" face could be a collection of bits of many other old "known" faces.

No, she isn't real. In fact, even if you are deam-sharing and were visited by a real girl, the image you see in your dreams is just an avatar of that girl, and not actually her. Something to think about, I think.

Nice! I think that it would be a great idea to go back to that dream! Use the methods the others suggested...

I wouldn't count on her being real though. If you rely on your dreams as a guide for real life it can be helpful, but it can also hurt a lot of others. Instead of looking for her face and features in real life, you should look for her personality and use your dream as a guide for what you want your true love to be like. Don't get too eager or loving and end up disappointed. In my opinion you should be careful but benefit the most from this dream girl :D

I know exactly what you mean, I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was sitting next to this girl. It was a one person couch but we both squeezed in. We were just talking about things and I was incredibly in love with her the entire time. I even remember before the dream ended hugging her and saying I love you. She replied back with something I can't remember but after she said what she did i told her I loved her again.

I had the entire dream along with feelings that I had straight after the dream logged in my dream journal but sadly it was in my phone and my cousin in stupidity deleted everything in my phone. So yeah there's only so much detail I can remember. But I do know for sure that the stuff above happened.

This dream was non-lucid by the way, but it was very vivid. You know what's strange though is I never remembered her face even directly after I left the dream but I still knew I really wanted to see her again. And after the dream I had this terrible feeling of regret. And like my life-long mate just disappeared. :/

Anyways any luck on ever meeting her again?
