vrything quantum LD,SP,Astral, remote viewing,somanyquestio

hi, only just registered, got lots of questions, and im not jokin!
i experienced my first SP episode one night had four seprate episodes in one night... fell asleep, woke up unable to open eyes or move limbs, felt like someone was in the room holding me down, woke up looked around.. fell back asleep, this happened about three times on fourth had OOB thought i was curled up in the corner of the room with someone pushing me into it, couldn't make a noise apart from some primal growl, which echoed around the room, then woke up as i had fallen asleep (supine position). Researched loads of stuff nxt day as never experienced it before.. found about questioning wether im dreaming or not.. e.t.c. and some tibetan technique or maybe taoist about focusing on your hands for five minutes when you wake up... so when in your dream u can look at your hands then realise your dreaming and control it.. (my mate told me though that u can never see your hands in a dream..?)
nxt night tried to bring on sp, felt the vibrations then felt all this energy rush into me (wierd) then totally paralysed. got anxious, managed to control it, as its what i wanted.. remembered the hands thing, had OOB sat up out of my body looked down at my hands, everything grey, sort of like Lord of the rings when frodo puts the ring on... realised what had just happened and the shock woke me up, woke up as id gone to sleep lying on back, felt sense of euphoria. Very Happy since then haven't been able to bring it on again Cry any ideas?
also would be interested to know what u think on astral projection and remote viewing (apparently the C.I.A have used as a form of spying) and the whole brain wave/frequency thing, sorry i know its a lot of questions, but ive only just started experiencing these things and its opened my mind to all these other experiences. think my friends think im going mad...? :?
also has it got anything to do with quantum physics? if you've seen that film "what the bleep do we know?"
anyway i hope this isn't too much at one time, but you don't get anywhere with out asking questions.
