lucid physics
hey guys,
i'm new here, and i haven't had a lucid dream before, but i'm working on it :)
i was wondering if it would be possible to apply physics in your dream so that they remain the same as they are on earth?
could you will the laws of gravity etc. to be the same in your dream and they are in real life?
i do martial arts tricking, and have wanted to learn this new trick for ages, i thought i would try and achieve it in a lucid dream, but i don't want to be cheating and using no gravity :shadewink:
i know it will take ages before i can have frequent lucid dreams, let alone have enough control to change the laws of physics, but i was just wondering about this. :sleepmeditate2:

Welcome to the forum!
As to answer your question, while making realistic gravity is possible, I doubt it will be 100% perfect in a dream.

ah, okay, as long as it's possible :P
also, nice to see someone else from poland! :)

As long as you can learn to expect physics to work properly, it probably will. As soon as you have a fleeting thought that you want to fly though, you just might start flying. Totally worth it!

Expectation is the biggest key to dream control.

Yes. You can do anything in dreams.

You can do anything you want in you're dreams. There is literally no limit to what you can do.

I have been told "you cannot read, and you cannot speak, and you cannot feel pain.' Then I was told that bit is very difficult. I do not struggle with any of these. They all come with ease. You can do whatever you want. You are not limited to others failures of struggles.

The whole expectations thing can get pretty tricky sometimes. It's hard to get used to the fact that you can literally do anything while you have the limited awareness and clarity of thinking of one of your early lucid dreams, but it should get easier with experience.

Well when I jump and run it is just like real life. I have to stand still to fly and to move quickly. I feel I am too used to how running and jumping feel like.
