No Lucids in a while!

I haven't had any lucid dreams in a while, and this really sucks because I'm getting even more used to doing RC's on the regular, and just always thinking about the holographic universe principle. I feel like I should be having lucid's at least weekly. Hell, I don't think I can even remember my dreams either! Maybe it's because my sleep schedule has been changing sporadically, but either way it's making me upset.

Every day I come home I just want to get in bed and wake up again! Especially on the extra shitty days. :D

Maybe you are having LDs, just don't remember them, if you don't remember your dreams. Are you dream journaling?

I haven't had anything to dream journal. Mostly I've been waking up with interruptions that are followed by more interruptions, so the whole process of trying to remember what I was dreaming about falls apart.

It seems like you are in a thing called a dry spell.
Don't worry, I am in a thing like that too right now.
Besides, every LDer has a dry spell!

Well, then you do know the reason why you don't remember your dreams - interruptions. That's something you need to work on.

But if you are having peacefull sleep and still don't remember your dreams, you can still dream journal. You have to break the cycle somehow.

Write down even if all you remember is just one word, a feeling, color, ... And write "My memory is great and my recall is geting better every day". It will sooner or later become tru.

You can also try mantras, like
"I remember my dreams"
"I wake up after each dream and remember it"

And you can try drinking water, that will wake you up at night a few times. Hopefully, sometimes it will be straight after your REM (when we already wake, just don't remember it) and you will remember your dream. Hope this helps. Happy dreams.

listen to Gab she is wise. OH! and dry spells shouldn't exist. Most of the time you are in a dry spell is because you think "It has been a week since an LD, maybe I am in a dry spell?!" and after a week or so of that you are sure of it, making you less and less confident about it. You decide when you have lucids!

And sorry about the interrupted sleep. Right now my wife is pregnant, so I really get all the sleep I want until the baby comes. :P
