Yea, basically what happened was that I was gonna have a LD to complete Goal number 3 (Fight a super powerful nightmare) but as soon as it started, like 1 or 2 seconds in it changed to something else entirely and I fell out of my Lucid state.
I kinda have an idea but anyone know what caused this?
Lucid changing into non-lucid is not uncommon from what i know, have experienced that myself a few times. I think it usually happens when awareness of the lucid is low, as well as sometimes it just happens randomly. Have you done reality checks and/or dream stabilization techniques(rubbing hands, etc)? Those are useful way to prevent that from happening as well as they heighten awareness of the lucid. :peek:
I agree with checker.
If you not able to keep your awareness to stay lucid, LD may continue as a regular dream. Suggest getting your daytime awareness higher.
