help with tips to stabilize

last night i had 2 LD's.
Both of them ended the same way =/
the first one took place near a church, for some reason i was flying so i became aware of this and became lucid. So the real me took action and i decided to look for some girl inside the church, for some reason i looked at the wall and noticed i was losing focus, everything went blur so i screamed "no no no, come on stabilize!" but nothing happened, and for no reason at all i opened my right eye causing me to wake up =/
