CILD UPDATE!! (awesome)

For those who dont know, CILD is Cellphone Induced Lucid Dreaming. HAHA Anyway. WHat I have been doing is. I set my cellphone to go off every hour during the day. Then when it goes off it vibrates in my pocket a certain pattern. When that happens during the day I perform a reality check. This happens about 9 times a day / 7 days a week. I been doing it for 2 weeks. SO last night was the night to try out the 2nd part of the experiment. I threw my cellphone into my shorts before I went to bed. It was set to vibrate like 6 hours later. SO I fell asleep. 6 hours later Im in a dream where im like snuggling with a girl in a bed. Then all the sudden my leg starts vibrating. In my dream we are both like "WTH your leg is vibrating!" And this went on for like 1 whole minute then all the sudden I realized "OOH shit thats my cellphone going off and im dreaming. And I immediatly found myself in my bed reaching down my pants for my cellphone. I just layed in bed laughing about it. I almost had it!!! The only problem I might have is the fact that it doesnt turn off. It vibrates till u tell it to stop. SO one of these days I'll go lucid and Then I'll get soo annoyed by its vibrations that I'll wake up. What do u guys think soo far?

so did I go lucid or was that just my dreams trying to figure out wth was going on?

sounds like u were lucid. that seems to be one good thing about having a cell phone in your pocket all night.

i had a dream that i looked at my left leg thigh and there was some kind of clear looking cancertype shit on my leg. i woke up and finally realized thats where i keep my cell phone all day. since then ive learned the dangers of cell phones and got rid of mine. they are bad enough just having them in the same room with you let alone touching your body. whether you know it or not this is the first generation of cell phone users and one day everyone is going to die from it. its part of the cancer conspiracy, right up there with cigarettes.

think about it. the energy waves are emitting through your blood cells and ionizing them and fucking them up. we are organic beings and are not supposed to have this happening to us.

not that anyone cares or will believe me... so hey who cares right?! woohoo glad ur phone has brought something positive into your life! :D

This is interesting though coreysnyder. Instead of a cellphone, one could use a timer, of course. I have read about that being done already. But a timer that can stop on its own? Hmm...

It's hard to discern if you were lucid or not. Too bad you didn't have time to do a reality check. You could have gotten into the habit of the cellphone bit and that you could have been dreaming about it.

Actually, phones emit non-ionising radiation. There's no conclusive evidence that they do any harm and the only noticeable effect that has been found is slight warming of tissue. Going for a jog warms you more.

I'm no expert on this, but I'm not too worried. I think a more hazardous effect of constant mobile phone use is that everyone will think you are a tosser. :lol:

I wonder how you can solve the problem with the cellphone disturbing you? Maybe you can work it into your dream somehow?

lmao. maybe. i doubt it though. thikn about it. a microwave heats up food in reverse. it sends waves of radiation through your food so fast until the molecules speed up and cuase friction...thus it is now hot.

cell phone heats up your ear and head in the same manner. u are f*cking yourself over if u use one.

The cell phone idea sounds like a good idea, i am gunna try it. Maybe there is like a game for phones that can send off scheduled vibrations, or if someone learns write java for cell phones, we could have a solution.

Im with you electronmaster. I dont know if I can stand putting my cell phone in my underwear anymore though. My nutz really did hurt the enire next day. Then again it was probably just all in my head! Maybe I'll go w/ a leg strap that holds it where my pocket normally is. Or how about someone pages me!!! U can page me and then hang up after a few min! I'll do it for you if you do it for me. I live in ohio btw. Im verizon so I have free IN calling.

Yea, so lets all just stop using phones, even though everyone else uses them and they are normal(Their level of normal anyways), we'll still just stop it because of some unproven theory about microwaves(Even though if that were true, youd be cooking your ear from the inside out, and feel it) and phones great idea ! :D

they actually proved that theory in a lab experiment... they made mice have a steady feed of the waves from a cell phone and it gave it extensive brain damage.... so it is proven but only the effect on the brain

you know that is true. but without even thinking about that, just being high all the time makes you realize things, like the waves emitting through your body and brain while on a cell phone. you can almost metally see then if your high enough. shit you could probably REALLY see them with your eyes if you were tripping hard enough. but thanks santa.
