Right now im awake in this dimension, but if there's another physical dimension, universe, reality, whatever, and i dont take that possibility i might be dreaming in this dimension..
if i take this reality for granted and as the ultimate one --> im dreaming or not lucid
do you agree with this definition ?

I am also interested in dream yoga. I think it's a very interesting way to look at life. I think we must first look at what is a dream, which, still to date, we do not know much about. The most common definition we have of a dream is essentially 'sensations which we experiences whilst we are sleeping'. As that's not very helpful, we refer to waking life as 'real life', so we must then look at the definition of 'reality'.
That's to say that reality is a subjective point of view, that 'reality' can be (and/or is) different for everyone. By that definition, a dream is very much a reality, as we very much experience it to be 'real' while we are in it. Anyway, enough rambling from me. Yes, I agree that we could be dreaming our existence, that this could all be a dream.Quote:

Robert: Okay, I think I am following you. How does this relate to lucid living?
Beverly: When I view my waking life as a dream, a dream in which I know I am
dreaming (to various degrees, of course), I call this lucid living. Waking life may feel
'real' and unlike a 'dream,' merely because I lack lucidity, just as non-lucid dreams can
feel like physical reality, until I become lucid. I try to view life as an "actual dream" and
not to merely use lucid living as a therapy or philosophy. The assumptions that come
from viewing life as a dream can be very powerful and can expand what we feel is
possible in life.
If I look at waking life as a dream, then I can also use lucid dreaming techniques that I
learned from my sleeping dream experiences, to more easily become lucid in my waking
life. When lucid in waking life, I can become more "free", have fun, accomplish goals,
feel connected, and maybe even experience magic in my waking life, as I have in my
sleeping lucid dreams.
