Been too long.
It's been a year ( maybe two, bad memory) since I joined the forums.. And looking back I haven't really made any progress besides remembering my dreams. While this is cool, it was not my main goal. I still haven't made any progress towards becoming lucid in my dreams. I have always tried sleep paralysis but to little or no avail. Any tips, links, ideas, hell anything at all is welcome at this point. Happy dreaming!

Hey, I know the struggle you're feeling, I'm in a similar boat, although not for a year :cheeky:
I do remember once hearing that sleep paralysis is not something you want to set as a goal, it's more of a milestone on a night's path to a WILD. Stay positive, maybe try checking out SilverBullet's guide to lucid dreaming, it's a fresh perspective.

Welcome back.
We all get SP, but only after we are dreaming. A few people feel it as they falling asleep, but if you don't normally get it, then you will not get it while WILDing either. It's not even a milestone, since if you waiting for something that never comes, it will derail your whole attempt.
Here is a great WILD (sageous) tutorial, that explains the whole process. Or, join some class in DV Academy.
Good news is, that your recall is good, so that's the step one you have already accomplished. Happy dreams:alien:

Welcome back. :) Remember that progress isn't made from succeeding, progress is made from learning why your not.
In other words if you don't get a lucid dream one night don't feel like it's all in vain, instead learn from it and gain. :meditate:
So learn primarily by doing, not by reading and remember to always ask when you need help. :content:
Happy dreams to you as well

Yeah, try my technique. I just focus at the back of my eye lid until I go into a dream.
good luck .

Welcome back! :)
Yeah, don't aim for sleep paralysis and take a look at tutorial gab posted.
Personally i use binaural beats for relaxation and somewhat as an anchor also. :tunes:
