Waking up at 5am

I am waking up everyday from monday to friday at 5am.
Why is that? and everytime I check time on my mobile, it's almost exactly time every time lol
Is this someone giving me chances to do WILD? cuz I fall asleep pretty fast again, but must wake up in half hour lol.

We all wake up briefly through the night usually at the end of REM cycles, we just don't feel it usually, maybe since you got into lucid dreaming you started to be more aware of your REM cycle(s)?

And it's indeed can be used for WBTB/WILD if it's timed right on balance of wakefulness and sleepyness.
