Hello again,
I thank you for explaining my condition as "normal" that was a relief, however, now when I have extremely lucid dreams ( flying and other odd abilities ) I wake up with a severe migrain and more tired than when I went to sleep.
Is there anyway I can remedy this as its becoming pretty painful and annoying now.

There could be a couple things wrong. Are you taking naps and/or using WBTB? If so, your continuous REM that is caused by the illusion of sleep debt (WBTB) may actually be suppressing your delta sleep. Another cause could be something psychological. How long do the lucid dreams last? Do you get FAs often? This could mean that you are simply 'overclocking' yourself... You are putting too many things into your attention and focussing too hard on lucid dreaming. When the fatigue strikes, do you feel that short-term memory is inhibited? And what is your frequency of LDs?
Hi, I am new to this forum but not to Lucid dreams so I dont know these terminologies ( wbtb, FAs etc etc ) All I know is I have been able to dream lucid since I was 9 because of certain circumstances I cant really explain here. Now I can enter Lucid Dreams even if I take a nap so basically almost everytime I rest.I do not rest focusing on trying to LD but if a dream starts I can control them with no effort whatsoever...... I`m most probably getting terms mixed up. I can control my dreams yes. ONCE I am in it I can control where I want to go( left right etc etc) and I can drive etc etc in my dream aswell. And yes I am very aware i`m dreaming since I can make myself wakeup if I have had enough of any particular dream. And no, the migranes occur after I wake up, when I goto sleep im fine. On the rare occasion I dont dream I dont wake up with a migrane...Quote:

Why not just back off the extremely lucid dreams for a while, and see if the fatigue and migranes disappear? That's what I do -- I often wake up very exhausted, and occasionally with a powerful headache, after a particularly long and intense (has to be both) lucid dreaming session.Quote:

I can always control my dreams and they are vivid and wake myself up when things go south, I know enough to know I can wake myself in the dream, but not enough to know what that means in any way. :/ my dreams are only auto pilot once in a harvest moon.Quote:

Sageous has a good point. There are things you can do to stop dreams from occurring as often. Try sleeping less, never thinking about dreams, or talking to people about dreams.
