Thread: Lucid Dream , OBE or what is that ?

Hey Guys :
Last night i have experienced something that I've never experienced it in my life , well i woke up and i found myself in a sleep paralysis , by the way sleep paralysis don't creep me anymore because I've managed to stay calm every time i'm in it , the thing is i was thinking randomly and i said : why don't i try to enter a lucid dream from this part it will be like a WILD , i closed my eyes and after 5 sec my body rejected me into the air and i opened my eyes and i said : this is unbelievable is it an OBE ? i was wondering , and while i'm floating in the air i tried to swim , and i began swimming in the room it was very joyful and feeling bizarre and i was totally aware that my body is sleeping and i'm floating in the air, i touched the walls and the window it was really realistic and i can feel the cold glass in the window , after a while I've decided to go out the window and go outside but i couldn't because the window was closed , and a cat was staring at me from outside the window , and i said what ???? he can see me ? i looked at my hand and they were really transparent i can barely recognize their shape , suddenly my brain began to squeeze itself and i run into my body to stop that feeling , and i woke up from that state , i was tearing from joy and the fact that i have experienced that feeling of floating and flying in my room !
SO guys what is it ? A lucid Dream or An OBE or just a hallucination that was vivid l ? although when i was floating i was convincing my self that it was an OBE even that in don't know that much about OBE !
