      Don't care

I hate when you are having a bad dream, you wake up, go back to sleep and you continue the same dream... The worst part is knowing it's a dream but you do nothing to change it, I don't think I cared, manipulated it to a point but didn't change it...

Does this happen often? You need to lucid dream for a reason, set up a goal and strive towards achieving that goal. I promise you, if you really want to say fly for example, you'll take the moment of lucidity and make of it what you want.

The fact that one gets lucid don't always means that one can easily recall stuff from waking life, that's what happened to you it seems.
To add to what Matte87 said, try writing or typing those goals somewhere each time you are going to sleep and/or try using them as a mantra, that highly increases chances of recalling them in lucid dream.

I can be lucid pretty easy, I'm used to it since I used to do it all the time as a kid, didn't want to change the dream cause as bad as it was I wanted to be there, but if I could I'd rather dream something else rather than waking up and going back to the same dream, THATS what bugs me and it's rare, y do ppl go back to the same dream on the same night?

It varies from person to person. I can't really say anything but maybe if you keep thinking about the last dream scanario you might just pop back to the same place on the dream. People actually use this as a way of becoming lucid, and if this is common for you to happen maybe you could use it as a benefit. -> When you wake up during the night, imagine yourself back at the same dream scenario doing a reality check over and over again. Do it with motion and really believe in it when thinking about it. Like mantra. This may carry to your dream and you can become lucid.
