First short vivid hypnagogic state and too scared too give in

So i've been trying to get lucid for a little while without great succes, i usely end up with obe. Now last night i wasn't trying, i was tired, drunk, and didnt have much sleep, suddenly i entered hypnagogic state, i saw vivid spirals of bright colors and i was like, cool, but you know that feeling when someone pokes you in the side, i felt that feeling and non stop, it was building up till a point it hurted and i couldt enjoy the hypnagogic state.

I tried to break it and got out of it than i stood up and felt i had a obe, i was looking at my hands, one of my fingers was missing a half, like it was erased with photoshop and the rest of my fingers were flexible like spaghetti.

So i stood before my bedroom door and went straight through it, went through the frontdoor outside, the neighborhood looked very different than my own, still realistic but different.

Couldt do really much because i woke up again, now those obe's i already had a couple times and they are always blurry and very short, a lucid dream i still havent achived.

Because everytime when i am in sp there comes this feeling like i am going to die or something so i dont follow through it, maybe i should but i freak out everytime

It sounds that what you call obe's are actually just false awakenings, though i am one of people who thinks obe's are just sub-type of dreams, the experience you described does not sounds like how people generally describe obe's.
So you were actually very close to getting lucid, you just lacked the 'realizing dream' part, or you could have been lucid all along, honestly i am not exactly sure how 'realizing obe' in your case counts on that one,*shrugs*, either way, next time it happens realize that you are dreaming properly and you will be lucid for sure.
You don't really should be afraid of SP, what you feel or see in it really depends on what you expect to see, if you wont think about scary stuff it will be not scary, same for HH/HI.
Also i would highly suggest refraining from drinking alcohol, especially before dreaming, it affects dreaming negatively from what i know. Also since you were drunk... maybe that pain wasn't from HI after all? Might worth checking that just in case.

I agree with Checker. Also, keep in mind that when you are in the hypnagogic state, hallucinations can come in all types—visual, auditory, tactile, etc. And the sensations you feel are all in your mind. If you feel chest heaviness or anxiety, etc. try to relax. That's pretty much all there is to overcome it. The hardest part imo is convincing yourself. Even when you know right then and there that it's all in your head, it can still be very hard to convince yourself, and that's normal because your natural instincts are kicking in so you're afraid. It just takes practice and patience, and the more you do it, the better you understand how to overcome it.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
