Conjuring Music?
Yo,
Have any of you guys ever given your dreams any background music or soundtrack? I realize you would have to pretty much have the song memorized in order to bring it about in a dream, but has anyone done it?
I am curious because when I listen to music, I always daydream along with it. Some songs have that "I would so haul ass," or "I would so go on a homicidal rampage to this song" feel, And I think it would be awesome to enhance a LD with music.

I did have a soundtrack once, but it wasn't by my doing. It just happened.
But I have read, tha all you have to do is to think about your favorite piece, and it will start playing. I don't really think you need to know the song well enough. Just the same way as you are able to play it in your head. I found, that in dreams I remember more things than in waking like. So even if you think you don't know something well, you may know it quite well.
And I have also heard, that music can be so much more beautifull than in WL. I already have a melody ready to request from astral jukebox.

I've had many lucids and nonlucids with background music. Most of the time, i didnt really conjure them, they just played by themselves. And I even remembered the lyrics even when I was sure I had forgotten them. I only managed to actually conjure the music twice in different lucids. In one, I just imagined a song I know to start playing and at first it was hard to summon the first melodies but after it started, it went through on its own. The second one, zi used a dream radio to help make the summoning easier (easier to use props than pulling it out of thin air :p)

A couple of weeks ago I was in a Cafe talking to this Girl (in a Lucid) and after a little while I could hear some Music playing in the background on the Radio.
It had a kind of sinister tone and the whole Dream started to take on a really creepy Atmosphere.
The Girl and others in the Cafe started getting scared so I said don't worry and started humming some random upbeat tune like, hum, hum hum, hum hum hum hum hum hum.. Lol.
The whole Atmosphere changed for the better straight away as my humming started playing on the Radio instead of the original song.
