I think I'm offended. And my brain is offended and even my HH are offended.
This must be some kind of misunderstanding.
Everything you notice your brain doing is because you want it and you want to notice it. It's part of lucid dreaming. If you don't want any of it, jsut stop wanting to lucid dream and stop paying attention to falling asleep process and soon enough you will be able to just go to sleep "normally".

Well, usually HH is what you expect it to be, if you expect it to be creepy it will be.
its all in your head man. If you don't want it to be a scary experience, don't think of it as a scary experience and nothing bad will happen. I used to get freaked out during the whole HH process and then i would hear scary noises and see shadows and stuff. But if you just chill and think yay I'm going to be lucid it should be a pleasant thing. If you really want, just don't open your eyes during the transition into the dream at any point until you know your in your dream body then you open your eyes and begin the dream. Thats what I do atleast.
Just focus on kittens, puppies, or whatever makes you the most happy and I believe the HH would be that. Or close to that, I don't know since I did never try to WILD before.
what does HH mean?
HH are hypnagogic hallucinations. Images and dreams you see as you falling asleep. Mostly when you are WILDing, because that's when you paying attention to the falling asleep process.Quote:
