Fu!
I had a dream a couple minutes ago, where I was playing with a light switch and when I turned it on, it didn't work, my dream self thought: the light will turn on THEN IT DID!! I wasn't even lucid!! Why did that happen? And why wasn't I lucid when the light turned on? p.p

It's always annoying when you find something odd in a dream but still never become lucid. Happened to me 2 nights ago...
A bus was pulling over at a bus stop, only it was on the left side of the road instead of the right. I thought "this is weird, but yeah I suppose some bus stops are like that" UGHHHH!!!!

Happend to me a day ago. I was having a dream that i was in a car with my brother driving (who doesn't have a license or a car) and when we came to our destination i was like, Hey marcel (my brother) you don't have a drivers license. And he just said yeah i have did you forget? and i was just annoyed that i didn't get lucid. ooh well.

Sometimes when dream control is on our mind through the day it can 'leak' into the non-lucid dreams, so that's what happened. Also your awareness was probably not high enough to notice it, which is why you didn't became lucid. Work on your awareness and do reality checks every time you notice weird things in waking life, remember to do reality checks properly though, not just as mechanical action. There was one time I had a dream, and I woke up in my old house. That house is under renovation. I spent about 3 minutes pacing around the house saying to myself "Why am I here? Why am I here alone? Why have I woken up in this room, and yet the bed is in the study? What is going on here?"
When I woke up, I felt like face planting.
