Benefits of reality checks?
Okay, so when I first started practicing I did reality checks throughout the day, I've successfully induced lucidity through finger through hand, nose pinch, and time check. Lately I've been using more of a awareness check such as of where I'm at what's around me and is it logical, and still check the time to see if it changes. I had four lucids in a row this morning, and I'm pretty positive it was basically wbtb, and wild as it occured as I awoke after each dream and went back to sleep with intention, although every lucid I didn't reality check I just knew because obviously I was just in my bed. The last few dreams after the lucids, I just forgot I was dreaming and randomly remembered but by then I was fully awake. So anyways my question is how would the other reality checks besides awareness benefit me? Or if I came off as confusing please let me know and I'll do my best to rephrase.
