do any of you find that if you go to bed realy tired you have more vivid dreams and better chances acheiving Lucidity
I go to bed around 2, 3am every night tired as hell and my
lucid dreams / chances aren't any better than if I went to bed at 8pm.
I agree its nothing to do with tired its more about being aware.
Sometimes when I feel like I'm coming down with something I'll goto bed at like 7 to let my body fight whatever it is off, and those are the nights I really dream like crazy, but not nessessarilly more lucid dreams, just more going in and out of REm I guess.
