Dream Complications
There are many questions that I think about:
Can Dream I that I'm Lucid Dreaming...
Is it possible?
Um.. What's the best sleeping position for Lucid Dreaming? Lying on the back?
Oh, and about Sleep Paralysis, what does it feel like? I read stories about it and they always say that they saw ghosts or spirits. Is this real? or it's just the imagination?

1. Dreaming about having a LD is possible in every way. You see, in a LD, you name it and you can do it! All that you need is the expectation to do it. Of course, you'll need some powerful recall to pull it off, and you have to be patient, efforting and dedicated to pull it off.
2. You just have to try and get into the position in which you're the most comfortable. It'll vary person to person.
3.I've never experienced it. Can't help you there. But yes, it is all imagination.

Seeing ghosts and spirits while under sleep paralysis, It would seem more plausible that they are actually hallucinations or a dream. As for what it feels like I cannot say.

1. Yes, I had some of those...
2. Agree with ShadowCoder. Maybe some experienced dreamer can correct us here? Anyone found a best dreaming position?
3. It feels like the name says, you are awake, but paralyzed and can't move the body at all. When I was younger I did not know that it is natural, so it really freaked me out, although it only lasts some seconds for me. I never saw demons, but i can imagine why some people do, because it can be a very scary situation. If you experience it, try to stay calm and enjoy that your body is asleep, while mind is awake, but i know it is easier said than done...

1. Yes, it is considered a Layer 0 LD. There are 5 layers of lucid dreaming that reecejones87 came up with.
2. In my opinion, sleeping position really doesn't matter unless you are trying to raise awareness while sleeping. In that case, sleep in a position that you normally do not sleep in.
3. Haven't experienced it yet so I can't really say. Although for the research I've done, its all hallucinations. You get what you expect in the aspect of if you are scared of SP, you will get frightening hallictinations but if you know what it is and accept that it is a natural occurrence, you are less likely to get frightening hallucinations.
Sorry for the spellingand.grammar mistakes, I'm typing this on my phone and I don't have a lot of time.

Regarding best sleeping position, I find sleeping on my back bar far the best way to get Lucid and it makes a huge difference!
If I don't try to Lucid but sleep on my back I still get Lucid a lot of the time, on my side however I rarely do.
About 95% of my LDs have been when I'm lying on my back and I lay on my back now every time I want to WILD.
Instead of being the most comfortable, I think it has something to do with not being the most comfortable, I much prefer to sleep on my side but think I sleep more deeply on my side, that's why I didn't get Lucid nowhere near as much.
