I only joined dream views yesterday but I have been reading for a long time!anyway is this a good schedule. I basically do loads of reality checks all day and in the night I say tonight I will have a lucid dream and when I wake up I will remember it. is there anything you would like to add to this? eg getting up at whatever and recall dreams I wont mind I just want tips! thank you all!!!!:D
It seems you already have the motivation part down. If there is anything else for you to do it's to work on awareness, not just a ton of RCs that will become meaningless if you do them too much.
It really depends on if you get lucid by that type of thing. Everyone's brain is different, so it is up to you to figure out what makes you lucid. I would try normal methods like RCing, DJing, WBTBing, intention (autosuggestion, dream incubation), etc for about a month each and mark your progress. Some small part of what you are doing might make you lucid and you can just ditch the rest. Check out my DJ system on a way to help you find out what makes you remember more dreams and get more awareness during them.
To be honest it might be enough it might not. You didn't really give a clear definition of anything that you are doing. :P What type of RC? Are you really questioning reality, expecting it to fail and then RCing? When saying your mantra (which is a little long :D) do you mean it? If it becomes something that you are saying mindlessly, then you are doing it meaninglessly.
I personally would add WBTB as a part of your regular schedule. Either a short alarm, or naturally (the best way). It makes more vivid and aware dreams. I do it like 5-6 times a night when I am on a good sleep schedule.
