I have not tried it yet, just bought a cd few days ago. It was on my plan today but got sidetracked, so will do it tomorrow and will post here.
It's suppose to get you very relaxed.

It is useful because it gives you a strategy to do the body scan meditation in a more focused, effective way. you don't forget any body region and you do it faster.
