Hello everyone
I have achieved few LD's by doing WILD, where i was laying still until the strange vibration occured and i found myself in a dream
All of my LD's are with WILD technique, so does it affect my vividness or lucidity if i write a DJ?
My LD's are still blurry and not too vivid, but i havent tried much CC and dream stabilization yet

writing a dream journal can give you a better understanding of your personal dream world, so it can improve aspects. if nothing else, it'll make it easier to remember your lucid experiences
Yes, dream journaling gets you familiar with your dream reality and increases the perceived vividness and intensity of your experiences upon awakening.
If you don't want to have to write down your dreams often, you can try audio recording them. A while ago I proposed a discussion on this method where some of the pros/cons and pratical ways of doing so were mentioned.
