I go to bed at 9PM
My cousin can do wat u r thinking of but he is a natural lucid dreamer. He tells me he is able to knock himself out and dream instantly. He has tried to teach me how but im convinced u have to be born with it.
Heres wat he told me to do:
1} Get yourself in a comfortable position
2} Clear your mind of all thoughts, dont think of anything
3} Imagine yourself in a dark room with dream scenarios all around you
4} Enter one of the dreams you like and there thts it
This has never worked for me because im sure u have to be born with the ability to do it. Since he is a natural LD'er he's prolly just got the talent to do so.
Oh well u can try it if u want, but im sure it prolly wont work but who knows maybe ur different :)

I go to bed at 5:00 am dunno if thats a good or bad thing though and that dream technique sounds crazy hard but i did it once or twice i am teh uber LD'er lol j/k
