need help with OBE vibrations

I'm a polyphasic sleeper, following the Uberman schedule (Previously Everyman 3 schedule), and as such, i enter REM immediately after falling asleep. Unfortunately, it also means i experience OBE vibrations VERY often and incredibly strong. And sometimes, they are so violent that i can't fall asleep, and for some reasons, i can't push through the vibrations to enter a WILD. Also, i RARELY experience sleep paralysis. i only remember two times, and they were both accompanied by unpleasant experiences.

any tips?

First of all, these vibrations aren't only linked to OBE, but also to WILD. You don't "push past them", so to speak, rather you just ignore them and pass straight through them. Ignore them and they'll pass, easy as that.

It's normal to have not experienced sleep paralysis, as it's only encountered if one has a sleep paralysis disorder. This thread should explain more on that.

Are you fighting the vibrations? If so, you might try yielding to them - allow them to intensify then just go with the flow. That has worked for me.
