That wasn't entering a lucid dream, that is the goal of meditating. Once you have successfully meditated you will feel as if you are somewhere else completely. It's in this place that you work on changing yourself. It can be very exciting :) I remember how excited I was when it first happened to me, but I channeled my excitement into the meditation state and not my physical state so I didn't lose it. I think the idea of lucid dreaming by meditation is more along the lines of convincing you're subconscious to be more open to lucid dreams instead of trying to enter a lucid dream while meditating. It's just like what realdealmagic is saying
