So about a month ago school started, and a few days into the school year, every dream I was having was lucid from the get-go. This has not happened to me before now, and I am by no means a strong lucid dreamer. Has anyone else had a similar experience? What should I do to make sure this keeps happening?

Sounds like you have found good timing for lucid dreaming and have reached good awareness, so write/type sleeping schedule details somewhere and keep going with it, keep the schedule and practice and find some new goals too and enjoy it! :D
:D thanks for the advice. I'm gonna type up this sleep schedule and enjoy myself. I think it might be because of how early I go to sleep now
I agree. Also, try not to think this is something you "got". Try to convince yourself this is how things should be and don't worry about "losing" it.
May I ask what time you go asleep? I myself have had one lucid dream and that occurred when I went to sleep early. Also do you practise any technique?Quote:
