I dont enjoy my lucid dreams. When I am in them I want to wake up. I dont like the cartoony feel and I feel scared. I want to be able to enjoy my lucid dreams as I have them almost every other day.

Sorry to hear that you don't enjoy them. I'd be glad to take some of your lucids. You reminded me about a dream that I once had (not quite lucid) where I literally dreamed in cartoons. I remember asking another dream character, "Why are we in cartoons?" and he replied, "It's the only way to make fun of minorities without offending them." It was odd, considering that I'm the one that usually gets offended when someone makes minority jokes.
Do you have a list of lucid goals? I suggest making one. Just a specific list of things you want to achieve while lucid, like walk on the sun or turn into a dragon, etc. Having activities to look forward to can help make you more excited about doing it and might help with the enjoyment once they're actually happening.
Also, once you get lucid and find it boring, ask yourself why. What would make it not boring? Maybe some interesting people, or your friends, maybe some trees or a nice landscape. Then create them. Make it un-boring.
Maybe you could make your dream more realistic. I've had dreams more real than reality. Try new things :D
