      AN EXPO In Cleveland

People in Ohio, or anywhere for that matter might be interested in an upcoming Journy Expo.
Kind of short notice. It is September 9, 10 & 11.
It is called ---The Journey (A mind body & soul connection.)
Such things presented from what I can understand are health & wellness - Horoscopes - Yoga - personal enlightenment.
I think there may be some discussion about lucid dreaming. - www.reachforthemoon.net.

To find out more for yourself go to www.thejourneymag.com

I will be there with 100 dreamview cards
      .

The Moroe institute is envolved as well. I know some of you ara not too fond of Robert Monroe. I agree that some of what he says is suspect. But he deserves some praise just for the amount of study he has done for the realm on consciousness.

      Hey Howie,

Damn, I heard nothing about this - which day are you planning on going? Lakeland... is that the community college?Maybe we could hook up there (I got plenty of cards left over as well).

I'm not into the Yoga thing myself, but who knows.... Laura Lee looks kinda hot..

Maybe I'll PM you instead. Still, i know of one other new member in the Cleveland area.... Dr.Shandavio something or other? Maybe he'll consider it as well.

      See ya later, maybe?

Well it was fun. I went Sunday.
There was the Robert Monroe series and their Hemi-Sync Tech that they had on display and some of his books, as well as his wifes. Beside that there was not much in the way of Lucid dreaming information.
There was palm reading, astrology, colorology, message therapy teorrot cards and yoga.
Many of these things, although I find intriuging, do not fit in the same catogory as does lucid dreaming.
Lucid dreaming. Even with its many techniques and obsticles are not illusory. It is not really as subjective. Almost more scientifically fundentally based. LDs are more a mind bodyand physical thing.

Well, didn't make it out there myself, but it doesn't sound like I missed much. I find it kind of strange as to how with so many other types of "special sciences" out there, than dreaming is so.... overlooked.

But, I'm not sure I'd want lucid dreaming mixed in with all those others like tarott cards and astrology. Nothing wrong with them, but I think they're in a "field" of their own.
