I truly think you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. And if I were you I would not trust those voices, but I would also not trust advice about something as important as this, given to you by anonymous strangers on the Internet, most of us really do not know enough about something like this. I really think someone is really messing with me cause I had a dream yesterday and I saw a guy and girl like they woke me up while I was sleeping and every time I try to they would make me twitch and mess with my nose or cheek just to make it itch and force me rub my nose. And when I look at my nose I can see someone picking at my nose. And they are really preventing me from lucid dreaming cause EVERY TIME i would try and dream I always see someone elses dream and basically there is a group that is doing this to me. And they are watching me 24/7. I really don't know why but they criticize on every that I do and I don't even know to be honest.
Sorry to say, but your illness is the only thing messing with you. You are hallucinating and hearing voices even when fully awake. Your condition has nothing to do with dreaming or lucid dreaming or astral projecting.
Please seek help from your doctor. There is medication that can stop the voices and hallucinations.

I've had several really weird experiences, in a lot of the cases it was just my mind playing with me.
I had a false awakening the other day and I was laying on the hotel bed and all these things said they were watching me scared the shit out of me for a few minutes. They were very convincing until I started asking them if they were my mind. Just look for evidence they're not real you'll find it.
Also take everyone else's advice on getting a doctor.

It could just be intense hallucinations (if it's when you're falling asleep) but yeah, I'd say you should go ahead and be doctor-bound.
