Am I Lucid Dreaming
So I discovered about Lucid Dreams a few days ago, I've heard that you need to practise recalling your dreams, but I think I've always been good since I've been about 12 (I'm 15 now) I can recall about 3-4 dreams a night, since I started recalling my dreams in a journal (3 days ago) I've already recalled 7 dreams. Now here's the problem, when I'm in a dream I'm only watching myself, I don't know if I realise if I am in a dream or I only realise when I wake up. Also people say when in a lucid dream stay calm etc and look at your surroundings, but I can't even control my hand movements or speech. It's just purely watching a movie. So am I lucid dreaming? If not please tell me what I'm doing and how I can persist myself to be a lucid dreamer.
Cheers

Hello, Stag! :)
That's not actually lucid dreaming, unless you're sure you're dreaming during the dream. What you're describing sounds to me like dreaming in third person view. I think it might be a common thing (I know I have those dreams quite often), but I can't speak for others.
If you'd like to get into LD, I suggest you sign up for the Intro Class or check out the main techniques here. :) Oh, and starting a dream journal is never a bad thing! ;) Good luck!

Not a lucid unfortunately Stagnzl. However, the fact that you can recall 7 dreams in 3 days is impressive. That is an excellent starting point for lucid dreaming. I hope you stick around!
