My nights have become so much longer in a good way:D.

In the past before starting to learn lucid dream i didnt always remember my dreams and it felt like i went to bed blacked out and woke up to work. This was so excausting because sometimes i felt i only do work, gym and drink weekends. Now that my dream recall have become so good that i can recall every dream at night which make me feel like i sleep longer. I wake about 2-5 times night after dream as soon as i wake up i start to relive my dreams. After im confident i remember the dreams i fall back to sleep with itention to have lucid dream and 50% chance i will have one . When its time to wake up im so much more awake and its easier start my day.
Lucid dreaming have affected my life positivily and i feel mentally much more energized than before.
How lucid dreaming have affected to your life?

With lucid dreaming I can have experiences that are difficult or impossible for me to have in waking life. It also gives me something to look forward too every day, which is nice when things aren't going too good. It allows me live a more fulfilling and happy life.

It's natural to wake up after every REM is over. Good job realizing that and letting it work in your advantage. Indeed, that is the best time to write down your dreams, or at least re-tell them to yourself with words, so you have a better chance remembering them in the morning.

How LDing effected my life? They made me happy.
