What's your average rate of RC per day?
It varies, I'd put mine currently at 10-30 which I find a good rate.
Does a series of checks every 1/2 hour sound good for a beginner?
As long as you are sincerely doing them then that's a great rate for any level. Of course much more comes into play then just doing reality checks, but that is a nice start for lucid dreaming. Keep it up.Quote:
