      Is this normal?

      Hi, I had my first short lucid dream a while ago and for some reason, it was very difficult to concentrate on the dream and after a while I just woke up. I then fell back to sleep in the exact same lucid dream but the same thing happened, it was difficult to stabilize the dream, is this normal for a beginner or am I doing something wrong?

      You are most likely not doing anything wrong. It's quite normal to wake up from a LD too soon, since it's such a new and strange experience.

      Just don't rush, once you are lucid. Take your time to look around and to really integrate yourself with the dream. Good luck
