So i've come to a point where i get a lucid dream nearly every night but once i realize its a dream i forget after a few minutes. WHen I had lucids on a weekly basis i would have the whole dream to do whatever but now sometimes i forget im dreaming once its already established im dreaming. I dont do those reality checks ever, my brain just notices its a dream every time i have a lucid.

I sometimes have this problem aswell. It's because you get sucked into the dream again because its so lifelike and your brain thinks your just awake. It forgets that you are dreaming. To fix this problem, you might do some reality checks within the dream to assure your mind to be in a dream. Another thing you can do is to stabilize the dream in the beginning as strong as possible. This gives you a higher level of lucidity, which helps you to stay more conscious throughout the dream! Hope i helped

In addition to what Joram suggests, you can keep repeating a mantra. Something like "I'm dreaming". Or narrate what you doing, like "I'm doing my goal of..., because I'm in a dream". Good luck:alien:
