Duration of a lucid dream? ( REM-period ) ;o

Hello people!

Always been wondering how long a LD can last? So including a HUGE REM-rebound, Lucid dreaming aids and a good dream stabilization dexterity. Could such a REM period based on all these points last around 3-4 hours or am i being way to opportunistic and happy here? No clue, It would be pretty AWESOME tho... :holycrap:

Yes, you can make a LD last hours through proper preparation and techniques used. However, you may have to stabilize every few minutes to keep the dream going.

Thats amazing. It would kind of get exhausted to stabilize every couple a mins tho.. :P
