I need to train myself to write in my dream journal because Im too lazy got any advice?

Although the title says It all I feel like I need to go into more detail!

So I want to lucid dream, and I would like to realize Im dreaming Via Dream signs as WILD and other LD Techniques do not work for me...
I am infact a beginner and I remember having a lucid dream a when I was young (not even knowing the term Lucid Dream) and remember absoulutly enjoying every teeny second of it, but of course that was more of a DILD and Ive never had anything (or Recalled) any of those dreams afterwards
Im too lazy to Lucid dream and as soon as I wake up I feel too tired and think "whats the point?" (obviously being tired dont realize the biggy)
If could help me with this I would highly appreciate it :D!

The difficulty with dream recall is not effort, it's habit. Until the habit of writing down your dreams becomes automatic, it will always be hard to do so. Just notice how easy to to brush your teeth everyday, or get dressed.

There's no easy way but to persevere, because it will get easier, even if it seems like a pain in the first weeks. Try making sure you get a proper amount of sleep so you wake up more refreshed and possibly it will be easier to spend a few minutes recalling your dreams. You can even record them with an mp3 or any other device and just talk to it with your eyes closed: my favorite option :D

In the world of lucid dreaming your thoughts are your reality. If you think, "I am too lazy" and believe it, you will be. If you think, "this technique will not work for me" it won't. Try countering these thoughts with the opposite for a while and I think it will help you considerably.

Lucid dreaming takes work, as do most things that are rewarding. Think about what makes you want to lucid dream, motivate yourself to put the work in. Make short term and long term goals, ones you can achieve now and ones that make you excited for the future.

Have your notebook nearby. I find, that if I have to go to the desk and look for it, I'm less likely to write my dream down, than when I place it on bathroom sink and I see it there first thing in the morning, or even at night, when nature call wakes me up. Or have it right by your bed, within reach.

But really, if you understand, that it will help you with lucid dreaming, it should not be that much trouble at all. Happy dreams:alien:

Oh, you do want to lucid dream? Make it work. When attempting to build a new habit, every time you follow through it gets a little easier. Every time you fall behind it gets harder.

So I have to take Lucid dream as a serious task, if so I dont want to do it, I simply want to feel the experience and experiment with what dreams are like instead of hearing about it...
But with that said, I am going to be motivated tonight, I will sure be ready to jot down my dream, and thanks for the advice :D
