I haven't tried to lucid dream but could I lucid dream by listening to binaural beats and then falling asleep.
Binaural beats can be used for lucid dreaming - I've heard of people that have successfully done such.
Somebody else should explain why, though - I don't really know how they work, either.
Whenever i try Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones they only end up working once for me. But don't let that discourage you! just because i'm like that, doesn't mean everyone is.
The link to the one i used (Listen before bed) ;;; Hypnotic Lucid Dream Induction - Listen Before Sleep (Theta Binaural Beats - 4Hz) - YouTube
(Hint!: with youtube video links, if you put "listento" right after the www. , you will be allowed to download the whole thing. For offline use.
Example: http://www.listentoyoutube.com/watch?v=PhHYN2FuBss . . . . .<<< That would be the download link to the other link i sent you.
Sometimes I used to listen Binaural Beats music and it's useful to relax before sleep, but it isn't a magic formula.
Tradl3s wrote a good way to find more of this kind of music, but you should try to get lucid by other methods.
