9 to 5 and LDing
Hello again!
So I'm really firing off the qns in here!
I work in an analytical role at work. It's quite common for me to deal with complex problems that might absorb my attention for periods of time. Let's say 30m to an hr before I'll think to RC or daydream about LD (or even lunch really!).
If it's a busy day and I'm switching between calls and meetings it is a real challenge keeping present and aware. Throw in international travel and my schedule gets pretty hectic!
Does anyone else find this with their work and how do they deal with the implications of this with keeping their LD practise moving forward?
Cheers !

Yeah, it can be easy to get lost in work and forget to RC regularly. I've noticed that it'll come in waves for me, I'll go through a period where I'm on top of it and then a few weeks when I forget, and then I have to focus on getting my habits back.
My work computer and smartphone have wallpapers with one of my dreamsigns and the words "Am I dreaming?" as a reminder to RC -- I try to switch up the pictures every so often so I don't overlook them.
For a while I had difficulty RCing at work because I was worried people would wonder why I'm plugging my nose all the time. Eventually I stopped caring!
