[Q] DEILD Problem from within the dream

OK so i ve read about DEILD, I keep a dream journal, I induce dream with SSILD, and I do RCs and RRCs.
So i ve read that I can attempt DEILD from a LD and I really wanna do this because I can t stabilize my dream in ANY way possible.
So I become lucid, I do a RC, and then as I learned from KINGYoshi's tutorial I lie down and close my eyes. But I NEVER GET ANY GENUINE DEILD. Sometimes I can t close my eyes, and sometimes I think I must feel something and I feel something but I fall into FA. So please, PLEASE HELP ME DEILD is my single HOPE to stabilize a LD. I just am not patient.

DEILD means Dream-Exit Initiated Lucid Dream - this usually (at least for me) means WAKING UP and falling right back to sleep again, putting you straight into a dream with instant lucidity. The simplest thing really would be to wake yourself up from your LD. As you wake up lie completely still and keep your eyes closed. You'll hopefully fall back to sleep again within 10-15 seconds :)

So you try to become more lucid bý sleeping in a lucid dream? Deild means that you wake up in middle of your dream and then falling back to dream lucid. If you want to stabilize your dream just rub your hands together while focusing dream surface.

The maker of this thread is misusing term of deild. DEILD is tenchnique to induce lucidity. So if you dream is starting to end you could try different techniques such as grapping object of dream envioroment and shaking your dream body. I wouldnt recommend closing your eyes while in lucid dream because it can lead to false awakening. If the dream is ending try to grab something in dream envioroment or just letting it happen while keeping the knoweledge it could lead to false awakening and doing reality check when you wake up. This would confirm if you are in a dream or still awake. You cant stop yourself waking from dream but you can do a reality check everytime you wake up to confirm it is not a false awakening.

And it probably is - but in my experience that is a way more advanced technique than I would start out with because it requires you to have much more control of your dream body than you would generally have as a beginner.

SO I THINK THAT I AM TRAPPED SOMETIMES IN WAKING LIFE AND CAN T SLEEP AND SOMETIMES IN THE DREAM AND CAN T WAKE UP. But when I REALIZE I can t wake up I assume my dreamworld is stabilized and start to do things and I wake up almost immediately. PLEASE HELP ME DO A NORMAL DEILD OR PROLONG MY F*****G LUCIDITY!!!!

I dont know what to say but could it be that you are experiencing anxiety or other emotional problems? In dream our negative feeling are shown easily. You should probably try to solve the feeling of being trapped.
I myself had about 15 lucid dreams before i started to learn to be in lucid dream while keeping lucidity. I always waked up after realizing i was dreaming but i never let it bother me because i try to learn more of each lucid dream.

I can only help you with explaining Deild and maybe how to prolong lucid dream. One thing that is absolute is that you should never stress about lucid dreaming. You can only deild if you wake in middle of dream. When you wake up fall back to sleep thinking of previous dream but keeping intention to stay lucid. So deild is technique attaining lucidity. Other people have explained it better in this forum. You shouldnt rely too much on these tutorials just try to understand basics and pay attention how your lucid dreams fade or why certain things happens.
I learned that my problem for waking was that i was in too hurry to do stuff even though i didnt think of waking up it still were somewhere in back of my mind which made me act like i was on panic in dream.
Now everytime i become lucid i keep my calm i dont think when it ends or what will happen. As i become lucid i usually walk around in dream envioroment while looking around and rubbing my hands together. Then after doing this for 30 sec i start doing stuff but if something requires too much effort i quit and start to calm down otherwise i wake up. In lucid dream nothing should feel like you have to force it. When i learned this my lucid dreams became so much longer and easier to control. I can even feel strong emotions without waking up because i dont froce anything rather i try to find right way to think about the thing and what im trying to do until it happens without forcing it. It impossible explain how you should do things becuase some things you have to learn and notice yourself but you will see what i mean and understand when you realize it.
1. Keep your calm: You will have to feel you are in control.
2. Dont force anything: Everything should happen easily. If you try fight your subconsiouness what should happen you might get too confused and wake up.
3. Dont stress. If you are dissapointent after having a lucid dream no matter how short it was then you are excepting too much of lucid dreaming. You should just experience it. That way i have had many amazing lucid dreams.
Nothing more comes to my mind.

You still have to do stabilize techniques. I meant that you should be calm that you dont get too worried about waking up or too excited.
Are you using dild to achieve lucidity? if you are your dreams could be ending because you become lucid end of dream. There are no direct ways to prolong lucid dreams its pretty much about becoming lucid at start of your dream, avoiding false awakenings or dream changing and keeping lucidity while reminding yourself that you are in a dream.
i stabilize my lucid dream every 2 min by just rubbing my hands together while looking around and reminding im in a dream. If the dream starts to fade grab something and if you lose your sight dont panic focus on feeling of the object you grabbed.
