Mine is wild. Usually i fall asleep but when the dream begins i become lucid from the start even though i dont remember falling sleep. About 1 out of 4 wild attempts i manage to keep enough awareness to see myself going to dream. Why this works so well for me? Because i wake about 4 times in 8 hours of sleep and i have that many attempts of becoming lucid. I have about 3-5 lucid dreams a week. I dont count multiple lucids per night.
I don't understand how people can wake up so many times a night and be able to go back to sleep so easily.
It is a miracle if i wake up and and able to go back to sleep. Forget even attempting a wild.....how about just attempting to sleep.
i've had the most success with DEILD. Just random spurts of awareness during my dream.
It doesnt affect bad way to my sleep because it is natural to wake up after each sleep cycle. The good side is that i can count how many sleep cycle i have slept and i am very aware of different sleep stages because of that. I can also just wake for few seconds and fall back to sleep if i want between them so i actually like waking multiple times a night.Quote:
