The Many Reasons You are Thankful for Lucid Dreaming

      Happy Thanksgiving DV members!

This is a simple concept, try not to list more than 3 in a row, to give everyone a chance.

1)I live where it is cold, LDing lets me swim in tropical seas.
      2) LDing lets me see my deceased father.
      3) LDing lets me do extremely dangerous thing, in safety.

LDing gives me a whole new outlook on life, and has sparked an enthusiasm I haven't felt in a while.
LDing has connected me with my dreams, before LD training I thought I only dreamed once in a rare while.

1.)Lucid dreaming let people create their own reality and let them experience their wildest fantasies which i used to think was impossible. I couldnt be happier to have found lucid dreaming and experience things that i thought was impossible. It gives me peace of mind that i know anything is possible in some level.
2.) I no longer day dream and wish that would be cool to do that instead i say i should try that in my next lucid dream.
3.) You can ask advice from your subconsciouss and open up to dream characters if needed.
There is too many good things in lucid dreaming. Learning to cope with anxiety, prepare yourself with practicing something in lucid dream...........

1.) It allows anyone and everyone a chance to experience some they may never get to in waking life.
2.) Lucid dreaming can take you to your core; it may help you learn who you truly are.

I'm thankful for everyone on this board, and all of the wonderful classes and guides on this forum.
      Happy Thanksgiving!

      1) Lucid dreaming gives me opportunity to meet and interact with Women Which i never do in real life . Especially girlfriend and intimate situations which i will probably not have ever in my real life cause i'm disabled and it's really almost impossible to have a gf

2)Lucid dreaming lets's me have super powers or be a super herro
      3) Lucid dreaming is creative and i'm creative so it's my canvas.
4)Lucid reaming is good for health and psychologic healing and i need that and PTSD etc which i have.

I'm thankful for the world of lucid dreaming . I prefer it over video games

Besides many many things that i am grateful for, I have much more interest and curiosity to learn new things.

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

I find it very comforting in general that I can become absorbed into a fantastic dreamworld where I can forget about anything stressful in waking life for a moment and have the right to do absolutely anything I want.

I am thankful for lucid dreaming because of the freedom. There is total freedom to do whatever I want. No one can tell me what I can or can't do.
I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.

      1. Being able to exist within your own world with all senses enabled is amazing, being able to live out fantasies and experience more as I please.

      2. Doing something that really makes you wonder, a kid-like wonder
